students, faculty, staff, and visitors is paramount.  We are committed to establishing methods for
promoting safe and healthy learning and working environments conducive to providing quality
programs and services while mitigating concerns and unsafe conditions during this difficult time.
CCSNH together with 22 nd Century Technologies has developed this easy-to-use tool for
students, faculty, staff and visitors to quickly report travel and health information prior to each
on-site visit. Please be assured that all responses are kept confidential in compliance with State and
Federal laws including HIPAA and FERPA.
